Eugene, who was born in Singapore, is a photographer with both a curious and keen eye for capturing the essence of life.  He has spent the last 7 years making Vietnam his home, and Vietnam is where his love and passion for photography grew and blossomed. 
 

While Eugene had always harbored a love for photography, it wasn't until the end of 2020, amidst the global challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic,  that he decided to wholeheartedly pursue his passion. 

It was during these times that rekindled Eugene's love affair with photography and inspiring him to delve deeper into the art.

Eugene is drawn to moments in life, especially local life, culture, and people.  He enjoys capturing the essence of moments, freezing it in time with precision and artistry, whilst telling compelling stories and evoke emotions, preserving the beauty and diversity of life forever.

  • Won 'Honourable Mention' award for "Prayer At Sunset' in Japan's Photography Association nationwide photo contest, and now on exhibition throughout Japan in 2024,

  • Photo "3 Fishermen at Dawn" presented a prize in Vietnam's 2nd nationwide photo exhibition "'Viet Nam Through the Lens of International Photographer 2 (2023), Vietnam .

  • Selected to exhibit 5 images in Vietnam's 2nd nationwide photo exhibition "'Viet Nam Through the Lens of International Photographer (2023)
